2. Website access and hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Access involves technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested address, browser information and, where supplied, the referring page.
Processing supports website delivery, reliability and security, including detection of errors and abuse. Where the GDPR applies, these purposes are based on our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Demo enquiries via the form
The “Request a demo” form sends your industry, name, email address, telephone number and any optional company and website requirements to SKMEDIA LLC. We use these details to process your enquiry and contact you about it. Please do not send health information or other particularly sensitive details.
The form is submitted through a Vercel server function and the email service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) to our Gmail inbox at Google. Form contents and technical delivery information are processed for this purpose. We do not operate a separate form database; the enquiry is stored as an email. Resend and Google may process data in the United States.
Your name, email address and telephone number are required to handle your enquiry through this form; other free-text details are optional. For enquiries about a potential contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other business enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical abuse-prevention checks are based on our legitimate interest in a secure form.
After successful submission, the fields are reset. If an error occurs, they remain available in your open browser for another attempt. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Section 7 applies to email retention.

4. Email and telephone
If you contact us directly by email or telephone, we process your contact details, the content of your enquiry and the information needed to communicate with you so that we can respond. Providing information is voluntary; without necessary details, we may be unable to answer your enquiry.
For enquiries concerning a contract with you, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries, including those made as a business contact, rely on our legitimate interest in handling communications under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Our email service is obtained through GoDaddy.

5. Cookies, language and embedded content
The current website code sets no analytics or advertising cookies and uses neither localStorage nor sessionStorage. The English version is available at “/en/”. Older links using “?lang=en” are still supported. This address may appear in browser history and technical access logs.
Fonts and images are served by this website. Google Maps is not embedded: the map is a locally displayed illustration. The website currently loads no analytics, advertising, newsletter, booking or payment services. Technical security checks by the hosting provider are separate from these services.
6. Recipients and processing outside the EU
Data may be accessed by the persons handling it at SKMEDIA LLC and the hosting or communication providers where needed for the relevant purpose. Disclosures required by law remain possible. SKMEDIA LLC is based in the United States, and providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area.
7. Retention
Data should be retained only as long as needed for the relevant purpose. For contact enquiries, the criteria are whether the matter has been resolved and whether legal retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further storage. Consent, if used, would remain withdrawable.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, the GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can withdraw any consent with effect for the future; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Right to object: you may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
You may also complain to a data protection authority, particularly in the EU Member State where you habitually reside, work or believe an infringement occurred. Please use the contact details in section 1 for requests concerning your rights.
9. Security and automated decisions
The website is delivered over HTTPS. The current website code does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, or carry out corresponding profiling. This notice will be revised if the website or the processing described here changes.
